About IICOA

The Iligan Internet Café Operators Association, Inc. (IICOA), an organization of Internet Café Owners and Operators in Iligan City was established sometime in 1999 with Mr. Michael Macarambon as its first President. In October 20, 2005, it was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Corporation thru the efforts of Mr. Jesus Hernando, the second President. On March 3, 2007, an election of new set of officers was held and Mr. Felix Maminta was elected as new and third President.Today, IICOA has total number of 180 members more or less adhering for responsible and healthy online internet business in the Iligan City.

Mission

To establish and define a set of standards of practice which will guide and direct all members and pursue its individual’s business and to encourage all members to dedicate themselves to a course of conduct which manifest respect, confidence and trust on the part of the general public and all users of internet services.
